Tarriss products are guaranteed for life against normal wear and tear, poor workmanship or faulty materials*. In the unlikely event that your Tarriss product fails for any of these reasons, we will happily replace your unit.

WHAT IS THE TARRISS GUARANTEED FOR LIFE POLICY?

We're proud of the uncompromising quality of materials and workmanship that has gone into creating our Tarriss products. They were designed with quality in mind, and under normal usage should provide a lifetime of use.

We will happily replace your Tarriss product in the unlikely event that it wears out or stops working correctly due to:

• Normal wear and tear
• Poor workmanship
• Faulty materials

WHEN IS MY TARRISS PRODUCT NOT COVERED BY THE GUARANTEED FOR LIFE POLICY?

We will not replace your Tarriss product if it becomes damaged due to:

• Misuse
• Improper care

What constitutes misuse or improper care? While it's impossible to describe very example of misuse or improper care, common sense is a pretty useful guide. For instance, while the Tarriss RFID Passport Holder & Neck Wallet / Neck Stash is water resistant, it is not waterproof. This means if it accidentally gets caught out in the rain it should be fine, however, it is not a dry bag and it should not be submerged as water may enter the bag. 

Another one would be our GoDark Bag which is puncture resistant to help protect the signal blocking material inside from becoming compromised. However, it is not puncture-proof. We do not guarantee the bag if you drive staples or nails through the material... as an example.
